Diamond Drive-In: Live In Concert is returning to Lake Elsinore! This drive-in concert series is a new entertainment experience – enjoyed from the comfort and safety of your own vehicle. Live entertainment will hit our stage, giving you an opportunity to sing, dance, laugh and have fun!
Q: CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?
A: No. Tickets are only available online before the event. No tickets will not be sold in-person on site.
Q: DOES MY TICKET PURCHASE WORK FOR ALL EVENT DAYS?
A: No. Each show requires a ticket specific to that event.
Q: ONCE I BUY MY TICKET, HOW IS IT RECEIVED?
A: The ticket will be included in the confirmation. You may print out the ticket or just open the PDF included with the confirmation on your phone to show at the gate.
Q: IF I DON’T HAVE A TICKET CAN I LISTEN TO THE SHOW FROM THE SIDEWALK OR OTHER NEARBY AREA?
A: No. All surrounding areas will be inaccessible for watching or listening to the show.
Q: ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?
A: No - All tickets are General Admission and on a first come, first serve basis. You will NOT be assigned a space prior to arrival. Vehicles will be directed to their designated section upon arrival where you will then choose from any open spot. Parking spaces that are designated with cones are for social distancing and not to be used. Please do not move the cones or you will be asked to leave the event. For those fans looking for the most intimate experience, a limited number of preferred parking tickets are available in the front rows, and a very limited number of VIP lounge tickets are available which include couch seating for 6 right next to the stage, fire pit (if available) and your own private OPEN BAR until 8:15pm. Both VIP and Preferred Parking include food and beverage credit that will be received via gift card at the show. This food & beverage credit also allows for early entrance/parking so there is a better chance for better parking spots.
Q: WE HAVE A LARGE GROUP COMING. CAN WE RESERVE SPACES IN ADVANCE?
A: Sorry, you cannot reserve parking spaces for others. Parking is first come, first serve. If you are caught trying to reserve spaces you will be asked to leave the event. You can, however, purchase the Diamond Taproom food & beverage credit package which will allow for early entrance/parking at 5pm. This might give you a better chance at parking together. #lifehacks
Q: RULES FOR PARKING
A: Please follow the direction of parking attendants and venue staff. For everyone’s safety, it is important that you stay in the space you choose throughout the event. Parking spaces between vehicles must remain clear at all times to allow for social distancing.
Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
A: Gates will open for concerts at 6pm. Or you can purchase the Diamond Taproom food & beverage credit and receive early entrance/parking at 5pm. The concert will start promptly at 7pm, and no late entry will be allowed.
Q: WHERE SHOULD WE ENTER?
A: From I-15, take Diamond Drive west off the exit. Turn right onto Pete Lehr Drive and take a left at the end of the road. Please follow event signage and line up to enter through the second parking lot entrance.
Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?
A: Event staff will scan our ticket at the parking lot gate entrance from your vehicle window. Our team can scan your ticket through the glass if needed. If this is not possible and your window needs to be rolled down, you must wear a mask. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Q: WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
A: Gates close 15 minutes past show time. NO ONE will be allowed to enter the parking lot after that. No refunds will be granted. Please plan ahead.
Q: WHAT IF I DON'T USE MY TICKET?
A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds. No exceptions.
Q: DOES EVERYONE IN MY CAR NEED A TICKET?
A: No, you will only need one ticket per car. The number of passengers in your vehicle must not exceed the number of safety belts/seats. It is recommended that you only share a vehicle with household members with whom you have been sheltering in place to keep in line with social distancing safety.
Q: CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
A: No. In and out privileges are not permitted.
Q: IF I NEED TO LEAVE BEFORE THE SHOW IS OVER, WILL I BE ABLE TO EXIT THE PARKING LOT?
A: We ask that everyone stay in their parking space until the end of the show. In case of an emergency find one of the event staff and they will guide you out towards the exit gate.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE SHOW LAST?
A: The shows will last approximately 90mins to 2 hours.
Q. ARE MASKS REQUIRED?
A. Face masks are required anytime you are outside of your vehicle and/or in all public areas such as restaurant, concessions or restroom locations.
Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. But the following guidelines must be observed with no exceptions:
- All guests exiting their vehicle MUST wear a mask or face covering.
- Once out of the vehicle guests must maintain 6 ft. social distancing with guided walk line to the restroom.
- All restrooms will be monitored by a housekeeping attendant to ensure surfaces are cleaned often.
- Security will be present at restroom area to maintain order and social distancing rules.
- Anybody who does not follow the rules will be asked to leave.
Q: WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?
A: Food and drinks will be available at our Diamond Taproom restaurant and bar. Discounted gift cards may be purchased ahead of time for use BEFORE the show during the event. See ticket page for details. If you purchase a food and beverage add on, or if your ticket comes with a food and beverage credit, you will receive it in person when you arrive! It will not be emailed to you.
Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
A: No. We encourage everyone to take advantage of our on-site restaurant. Your support is what allows future concerts and events! Full menu and bar is available. Diamond Taproom kitchen will close at 8pm. Parking lot concession stand will close at 8:30pm. Diamond Taproom last call is at 8:30pm. Parking lot concession stand last call is at 8:30pm.
Q: WILL CARS BE SEARCHED?
A: All cars are subject to search at the discretion of on-site security.
Q: ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
A. The events are for all ages. Please be advised that some song lyrics may content offensive language.
Q: WILL SOMEONE BE PICKING UP TRASH?
A: We ask that you please take your trash with you and dispose of it at home. If not, various garbage and recycling receptacles will be placed around the parking lot.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER OR CHANGES TO CURRENT RESTRICTIONS?
A: This event is weather dependent. Light rain or drizzle may not constitute a cancelled show but in the case of heavy rains or extreme weather the event will be rescheduled. Likewise, if new restrictions are put in place from the state, county, or city, the show will be rescheduled to a later date with no refunds.
Q: WHAT KINDS OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?
A: Vehicles and trucks must fit in a single, standard parking space. Oversize vehicles such as RVs and trailers are NOT PERMITTED. All lifted trucks and high profile vehicles (anything over 6.5 ft tall) MUST park in last rows of General Admission only. Do not purchase Preferred Parking if your vehicle is high profile. Standard stock vehicles are permitted to park anywhere in the venue.
Q: HOW DO I HEAR THE CONCERT?
A: Audio will be played through oversized stadium quality speakers located around the parking lot. There is no radio station to tune into.
Q: CAN I LEAVE MY CAR RUNNING DURING THE SHOW?
A: No. Engines and headlights must stay in the off position during the concert.
Q: DO MY HEADLIGHTS NEED TO BE OFF?
A: Yes, headlights need to remain off once you are parked.
Q: DO I NEED TO STAY INSIDE MY VEHICLE?
We ask that all attendees stay inside/by their vehicle. You are allowed to sit in folding chairs IN FRONT OF YOUR VEHICLE ONLY but you MUST wear a face mask and maintain social distancing. You can NOT sit in the open coned offed parking space next to your vehicle as this will effect social distancing guidelines. You may view the show from the bed of your truck but must wear face masks/coverings while outside your vehicle. You may not be sitting so high as to obstruct the view of others behind you and may be asked to move if you do. Hatches may be open but must not exceed roof height. If hatch is spring-loaded, please tie it down so it doesn't obstruct the view of others. Please use common courtesy so everyone can enjoy the show.
*If a medical condition exists that prevents a guest from wearing a face-covering, then they must remain inside their vehicle at ALL times. No exceptions.
Q: IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
A: Not inside the parking lot. To be considerate of all attendees we do not allow smoking at this event. If you need to smoke you can walk out of the parking lot to do so and then walk back in. Remember to bring your phone/ticket with you for reentry.
Q: CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE SHOW?
A: Yes, but you must clean-up after them and they must stay in your vehicle area with you. No wandering pets allowed. Only well-behaved pets please. If excessive barking occurs you may be asked to leave.
Q: WHAT IF SOMEONE IN MY PARTY HAS TO COME LATE? CAN THEY WALK IN?
A: NO, all guests must arrive in a ticketed vehicle. No walk-ins.
Q: WILL THERE BE AN ENCORE PERFORMANCE?
A: You never know but city noise ordinance goes into effect at 10pm.
The following items and activities are prohibited at this event:
- Advertising, selling or promoting any third-party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage, clothing, professional services, etc)
- Disorderly conduct
- Flamables (Fireworks, Explosives, Road Flares, etc)
- Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
- Grills or fryers
- Musical Instruments
- Heavy Chains
- Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Live Dragons
- Audio Recording Devices
- Tents, stand umbrellas and tarps
- Drones, kites or other aerial devices
- Personal Vehicles (Bikes, Skates, Scooters, Skateboards, Hoverboards, Segways, etc.) *Personal mobility devices for ADA guests are allowed)
- Witchcraft (any kind)
- Wagons and strollers
- Weapons (real or toy)
- Bad Attitudes

DRIVE-IN MOVIE FAQs:
Q: How many people get in per ticket?
A: Each ticket is for a single car. Bring as many people as you have seats!
Q: Can we sit in chairs outside or in our truck beds?
A: Yes, but masks must be worn at all times when you’re outside your vehicle.
Q: What can we expect?
A: Our showings are in our main parking lot between Home Plate and the 3rd base side. We have a huge screen and outdoor speakers that have been tested to provide great sound and views from every spot. You can also look forward to some pre-show entertainment including giveaways, games and more from our Emcee, Kaz, and Thunder the Big Green Dog after gates open at 7:30!
Q: How do I get there?
A: From the 15 freeway, exit Diamond drive and follow signs to the stadium. Regular General Admission tickets should come through the main gate entrance on Malaga drive and turn right at the very end to get into Lot B. A line of cars may form before gates open at 7:30 as spots are first come, first serve. If you have a Preferred Parking, VIP, or added on Dinner to get early access at 6:30, you should enter from Pete Lehr drive and come in through the first gate. A parking attendant will direct you where to go.
Q: What are the differences between the tickets?
A: General Admission gets your vehicle in when the gates open at 7:30pm in a regular, unassigned parking spot and it first come, first serve. Preferred parking gets you a reserved spot in the first two rows and early entrance at 6:30pm. VIP gets you a lounge area in the front with comfy outdoor couches, popcorn, and early entrance at 6:30pm. Anyone who purchases the Dinner and a Movie Add-On will also receive early entrance at 6:30pm to eat before the show!
Q: I don't want to wait in line; how can I get in early?
A: VIP and Preferred Parking tickets include early admission at 6:30! If you purchase a GA ticket and the Dinner & a Movie add-on, you will also get early admission! You must show proof of your order to get in early.
Q: What does the Dinner & a Movie Add-On include?
A: This add-on gets you a $60 gift card to the Diamond Taproom to use however you’d like for only $45! This does NOT include admission-- tickets must be purchased separately. You may choose anything from the entire menu with no restrictions. Click here to see the menu. You will get a digital gift card sent to your email ahead of the showing.
Q: Where are the restrooms located?
A: The restrooms are right inside the Diamond Taproom restaurant on the 3rd base side, immediately to your left when you enter.
Q: How does this comply with the current COVID restrictions?
A: See below for our rules, but we do require masks in all public spaces, including any time you’re outside the vehicle. Our parking spots are spaced out to ensure social distancing between groups, and you may sit outside your vehicle provided you maintain that distance between other groups. Our staff sanitizes all public areas thoroughly and frequently. Additionally, the Diamond Taproom restaurant is open for outdoor dine-in only as per current guidelines, but our patio is huge with plenty of seating! Masks are required to enter the Diamond Taproom, including to enter the restrooms.
