TICKET INFORMATION

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

A: Yes! Walk-ups are welcome at the stadium box office, but tickets are subject to availability and may sell out. 

Q: DOES MY TICKET PURCHASE WORK FOR ALL EVENT DAYS?

A: No. Each show requires a ticket specific to that event.

Q: ONCE I BUY MY TICKET, HOW IS IT RECEIVED?

A: The ticket will be included in your confirmation email. You may print out the ticket or just open the PDF included with the confirmation on your phone to show at the gate.

Q: IF I DON’T HAVE A TICKET CAN I LISTEN TO THE SHOW FROM THE SIDEWALK OR OTHER NEARBY AREA?

A: No. All surrounding areas including the Diamond Taproom restaurant will be inaccessible for watching or listening to the show. 

Q: ARE MY TICKETS ASSIGNED SEATING?

A: General Admission, 4 Tops, Premium, and VIP sections are all assigned seating. Assigned seating was chosen at time of your purchase, and your ticket will contain your section and seat number. Seats on the Party Deck are first come, first served open seating, but you must have a Party Deck ticket and wristband to access the area.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?

A: Parking is free for concert attendees!

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

A: Gates will open for concerts at 6pm, and concessions will be open at that time. The concert will start promptly at 8pm, and no late entry will be allowed.

Q: WHERE SHOULD WE ENTER?

A:  From I-15, take Diamond Drive west off the exit. Turn right onto Pete Lehr Drive and take a left at the end of the road. Please follow event signage and enter through the Lot B parking lot entrance. All concert guests must enter through the main stadium gates. There is no concert entry or access through the Diamond Taproom.

Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?

A: Event staff will scan our ticket at the stadium front gates. Please wear a mask for gate check-in and in public spaces. 

Q: IF I HAVE TROUBLE ACCESSING MY TICKET OR I HAVE EVENT QUESTIONS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: The stadium box office will be open and there to help you with all ticket and event related questions.

Q: WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

A: Gates close 15 minutes past show time.  NO ONE will be allowed to enter the stadium after that. No refunds will be granted. Please plan ahead.

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T USE MY TICKET?

A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds. No exceptions.

Q: CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

A: No. In and out privileges are not permitted.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE SHOW LAST?

A: The shows will last approximately 90mins to 2 hours.

EVENT DETAILS

Q. ARE MASKS REQUIRED?

A. At this time, face masks are required anytime you are not eating for drinking or in all public areas such as concessions or restroom locations.

Q: WILL THE DIAMOND TAPROOM RESTAURANT BE OPEN? 

A: The restaurant will be open to the public during concerts, but it is not accessible for concert goers. The patio doors will be locked and manned by security, and the concert will not be viewable and concert sound will not be audible inside the dining room.

Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

A: Yes, stadium concourse restrooms are open. But the following guidelines must be observed with no exceptions:

  • Masks are required in public spaces, including restrooms. 
  • Please maintain 6 ft. social distancing with guided walk line to the restroom. 
  • All restrooms will be monitored by a housekeeping attendant to ensure surfaces are cleaned often.
  • Security will be present at restroom area to maintain order and social distancing rules. 
  • Anybody who does not follow the rules will be asked to leave.

Q: WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?

A: Yes! Various concessions stands will be open for food and beverage service and the Oscar Tortola Party Deck bar will be open for drinks. All food and beverage sales will close at 9:30 pm. The Diamond Taproom restaurant will NOT be accessible during the concert, but will remain open until 11pm. Concert goers who want to check out the Diamond Taproom after the show must exit through the main gates and walk down to the restaurant from the outside.

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

A: No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the stadium. No coolers will be allowed, and all bags are subject to search.

Q: WILL BAGS BE SEARCHED?

A: All bags are subject to search at the discretion of on-site security.

Q: ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?

A. The events are for all ages.  Please be advised that some song lyrics may content offensive language.

    Q: WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER OR CHANGES TO CURRENT RESTRICTIONS?

    A: This event is weather dependent. Light rain or drizzle may not constitute a cancelled show but in the case of heavy rains or extreme weather the event will be rescheduled. Likewise, if new restrictions are put in place from the state, county, or city, the show will be rescheduled to a later date with no refunds.

    Q: IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

    A: No smoking is allowed inside the stadium. To be considerate of all attendees we do not allow smoking at this event. If you need to smoke you can walk out of the parking lot to do so and then walk back in. Remember to bring your phone/ticket with you for reentry.

    Q: CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE SHOW?

    A: Only service animals are permitted inside the stadium. 

    Q: WILL THERE BE AN ENCORE PERFORMANCE?

    A: You never know, but city noise ordinance goes into effect at 10pm.

    The following items and activities are prohibited at this event:

    • Advertising, selling or promoting any third-party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage, clothing, professional services, etc)
    • Disorderly conduct
    • Flammables (Fireworks, Explosives, Road Flares, etc)
    • Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
    • Generators
    • Grills or fryers
    • Glass
    • Flashlights
    • Musical Instruments
    • Heavy Chains
    • Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind
    • Laser pointers
    • Littering
    • Live Dragons
    • Noisemakers
    • Audio Recording Devices
    • Tents, stand umbrellas and tarps
    • Drones, kites or other aerial devices
    • Personal Vehicles (Bikes, Skates, Scooters, Skateboards, Hoverboards, Segways, etc.) *Personal mobility devices for ADA guests are allowed)
    • Witchcraft (any kind)
    • Wagons and strollers
    • Weapons (real or toy)
    • Umbrellas
    • Bad Attitudes

    Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the event by security and/or police.
